Shipping & Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. 14 days after your purchase it is not possible to receive a refund. The purchased item must be unused and in the original packaging.
If a product turns out to be faulty or not as advertised (‘non-conformity’), you have a 1-year guarantee, which means Lemore must repair or replace it free of charge. If repair or replacement under the 1-year guarantee rules is not possible within a reasonable time or without inconvenience, you may ask for a price reduction.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS :
A receipt or proof of purchase is required In order to finalize the refund.
Products with obvious signs of use are only partial refunded (if applicable).
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once the returned item is received a notification will be send by email. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. In case of approval, your refund will be processed and the indicated amount will automatically be remitted to your credit card or other payment account within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
When the refund is not received, please contact your credit card company.
It may take a few days before the amount is transferred to your credit card or bank account.
